Its personnel was helpful and incredibly kind, no complaints whatsoever. Everything was very clean and within 25 minutes' drive of Cancun airport.

Absolutely amazing hotel, tastefully decorated rooms, handy location. The food was FRESH and included fresh bread and pastries. Walking distance to the nice beach. Apart from that, cenote la noria was 5 minutes away by driving. Property offered a bar in the lobby.

The whole experience was exceptional. Fully equipped hotel, en suite, very well decorated rooms. I visited rooftop bar and tried free mineral drinks.

the lobby was excellent and fairly clean. all the employees were particularly helpful. i enjoyed outstanding breakfast selection. this hotel met every demand in every way, would definitely recommend.

It's bright with very big beds and fantastic views. Kind people that welcomes you in. The venue has very special location near many restaurants. They have rooftop bar, easy to access parking and excellent pool...

No complains at all, thank you for a very pleasant stay. Staff were pleasant, breakfast was fine, and location was prime. A lovely beach, beautiful view. Also, Puerto Morelos Lighthouse was 2 km away. I loved how huge and functional the room was.

Cosy hotel, modern rooms, stuff is amazingly kind. All in all its tidy place, they have comfy beds. Perfectly comfortable location to sanctuary of hope: )
